William J. Everett reflects on this year’s JustPeace Annual Gathering that took place earlier this month (March 6th-8th). The Gathering took place in Jackson, Mississippi to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Freedom Rides and focused on racial reconciliation.

Invictus – The Sequel

As my heart was being warmed by this generous movie, with its superb performances by Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon, I remembered the second half of this drama, which played out in South Africa in 1997 and 1998. This was an equally important occasion, but much harder to film for Hollywood.
