Coaching

Coaching is a technique that allows a leader or leaders who are experiencing conflict to receive assistance in dealing with conflict.  The leader, not the coach, works directly with the conflict. The leader tries to resolve the conflict without the involvement of a third party.  A bishop, district superintendent, pastor, or even a key lay leader, might call on the services of JustPeace for coaching.

Coaching includes providing information, exploring options, spiritual discernment and personal preparation for engaging conflict well.
