Do you try to run away and avoid conflict or do you have the willingness to engage conflict constructively?

In Chapter 1, Tom asks the question, “Isn’t conflict a natural part of Creation?  Isn’t conflict necessary for creating justice where there is injustice?”

What must we do to shed our ingrained negative attitudes of conflict in order to approach conflict as an opportunity for positive transformation?
